Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to change over and control an output rod with exact accuracy to plural positions, by partitioning a case with plural diaphragms, providing each diaphragm with an operating part, and fixing the output rod to the said operating part. CONSTITUTION:Three diaphragms 20, 22, 24 are provided in a space of a case 10 to partition the said case 10 into four sealed chambers 26, 28, 30, 32, with which connecting ports 34a-34d connected to a pneumatic source are made to communicate respectively. In addition to that, the diaphragms 20, 22, 24 are provided with operating parts 54, 60, 78 respectively, to which an output rod 40 and operating rods 42, 74 are fixed. Since the actuating force of the diaphragms 22, 24 can therefore hold the end diaphragm 20 at a fixed middle position with holding intensity kept suitably, the output rod 40 can be changed over and controlled with exact accuracy to plural positions.
