A multistory bicycle parking facility include: a storage 1 which has a plurality of tiers of storage shelves 4 disposed in a vertical direction and which has the plurality of storage shelves 4 radially disposed on each of the tires of storage shelves; an ascending/descending body 6 which can vertically ascend/descend through a space surrounded by the plurality of storage shelves 4 radially disposed in the plurality of tiers; and a mast 8 which is fixed to the storage 1 to be unable to turn and which guides the ascent/descent of the ascending/descending body 6. The ascending/descending body 6 is provided with a transfer unit 5 for loading/unloading a bicycle onto/from the storage shelf, and a slewing gear 7 for revolving the transfer unit 5 in a horizontal plane. The ascending/descending body 6 lifts/lowers the transfer unit 5 so that the transfer unit 5 can be aligned with each of the plurality of tiers of storage shelves 4 disposed in the vertical direction. The slewing gear 7 revolves the transfer unit 5 so that the transfer unit 5 can be aligned with each of the plurality of radially disposed storage shelves 4.
