To provide a multitask identification method and device, a training method and device, an electronic apparatus, a storage medium and a computer program which can be applied to scenes such as human faces.SOLUTION: A multitask identification method comprises the steps of: obtaining first intermediate feature data according to a to-be-identified image; based on a target selection policy and the first intermediate feature data, selecting a feature extraction policy with the highest matching with the to-be-identified image from a plurality of feature extraction policies to obtain a target feature extraction policy; based on a target feature extraction policy, processing the first intermediate feature data to obtain second intermediate feature data; and obtaining a multitask identification result of the to-be-identified image according to the second intermediate feature data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
