To provide a multiuse rack with which plural racks can simply and surely be piled up and fixed without using another member for fixing and they can simply be nested and piles up in a simple rack consisting of a metallic wire and a metallic plate.

A frame part is constituted by bending the metallic wire consists of a main frame 1, a medium frame 2, L-shaped joining materials 3, a front leg part 4 and a rear leg part 5 and they are respectively bent into prescribed shapes and integrated by welding, or the like. An L-shaped rack plate 6 is obtained by bending a metallic plate and is fixed to the horizontal frame part of the front edge of the frame 1 and the rising parts of the materials 3 with welding, or the like. In the case of piling up and using the racks, the part 5 is inserted to a fitting groove 7 and the part 4 is placed on the frame 1 for fixing. When the plates 6 are piled up, the racks can be nested and piled up.
