PURPOSE: To utilize a municipal disaster prevention radio master station device not only by a specified specialist but also by general people from a remote location by setting time and contents to be broadcasted from the municipal disaster prevention radio master station device by a telephone.

CONSTITUTION: The master station device is provided with a telephone circuit control part 7-1 for automatically connecting an incoming call from a telephone set, an electronized sound recording unit 7-2 for converting speech contents to digital signals and storing them, a main control part 7-3 for controlling the telephone circuit control part 7-1 and the electronized sound recording unit 7-2 and an interface part 6 for performing connection to a console.
