EXAMPLE: N-[2-O-{2-Acetamide-2,3-dideoxy-6-O-[(3R)3-dodecanoyloxytetrade- canoyl]-D-glucopyranos-3-yl}-D-lactoyl]-L-alanyl-D-isoglutamine methyl ester.

USE: An immunomodulation agent.

PREPARATION: For example, (3R)-3-dodecanoyloxytetradecanoic acid is added to DMF solution of a glucopyranos derivative expressed by formula IV (X is hydroxy-protecting group), reacted in the presence of a condensation agent, hydrogenated using Pd catalyst and subjected to the removal of the protecting groups to provide the aimed compound of formula I.
