A rope 1 is pulled by a hook 15, and the linear motion of the rope is changed into rotary motion by an extended rotator 2. A coaxially fitted miniaturized rotator changes the rotary motion into linear motion. The reciprocative linear motion of the rope is transmitted through a top end metal fixture 11 to an air cylinder, and power is controlled by a flow control valve 12. Guide rollers 13 and 14 are provided for guiding the rope and a case 16 is provided for protecting the instrument.
