This mushroom cultivation jar is such that the upper part of a neck part 2 is formed by superposing one by one a plurality of rings 3 each in ring shape, and each ring 3 is composed of a large diameter part 3a with a large inside diameter and a minor diameter part 3b with a small outside diameter. A protruded part 3c is projected on the inner periphery of the large diameter part 3a and a recessed part 3d is dented on the outer periphery of the minor diameter part 3b. The protruded part 3c of the ring 3 on the upper side and the recessed part 3d of the ring 3 on the lower side are detachably engaged with each other while maintaining airtightness.
