Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom harvest device which can easily cut an unnecessary portion of a mushroom cultivated in a cultivation bottle with a simple device.SOLUTION: This invention provides a mushroom harvest device in which a mushroom 14 grown and extending upward from a bottle mouth of a mushroom cultivation bottle 18 is cut at its stem portion with a cutting device 10 and harvested. The cutting device 10 has two cutting blades 12 having their tips 16 facing each other.
