This game apparatus has a voice and image output part 12 with which two or more music plays can be outputted continuously from speakers 28 and movement of both hands is guided on a display face 241 of a monitor 24, a first upper detector 14 which detects hand movement to the upper space by the player positioning on the left, a first lower detector 16 which detects hand movement to the lower space by this player, a second upper detector 14' which detects hand movement to the upper space by the player positioning on the right, and a second lower detector 16' which detects hand movement to the lower space by this second player. This apparatus evaluates the hand movement carried out by the game players with regard to the guided movement, ends the game according to the evaluation, measures the whole playing time from the beginning to the end of the game and displays the result on the display face 241 of the monitor 24.
