Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform effect processing in an optimum mode by automatically switching algorism of an effector from a monaural one to a stereoscopic one according to the mode of an output of generated musical sound data.
SOLUTION: The waveform data in a waveform memory 108 are read out by a read-out and interpolation circuit 202 at a speed according to a pitch specified by a note number to be interpolation processed. The interpolated musical sound waveform data are filtered by a digital filter 203, and are multiplied by an envelope waveform outputted from an amplitude envelope generation circuit 204 with a multiplier 205 to be amplitude controlled. The multiplied result is inputted to accumulators 206, 207. Then, accumulated values of an L side and an R side are inputted to an equalizer circuit 208. The equalizer circuit 208 performs equalizing processing for the musical sound data. The musical sound data after equalizing processed are inputted to a reverberation circuit 209, and the reverberation circuit 209 performs reverberation giving processing for the musical sound.
