Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a mutual conductance cell by using an input to each input stage which has not the same phase in the mutual conductance cell including two input stages.
CONSTITUTION: First and second input stages include a first ell 30 of a filter, and a means which supplies second and third signals is a second cell 31 of the filter. This integrated circuit includes a 4-power filter having ells 30 and 31, and each of ells 30 and 31 includes first and second non-inverted inputs AP and BP, first and second inverted inputs AN and BN, one non-inverted output OP, and one inverted output ON. Second non-inverted inputs BP of cells 30 and 31 are connected to the inverted output ON of the cell 31, and the non-inverted input AP of the cell 31 is connected to the non-inverted output OP of the cell 30. The inverted input BN of the cell 31 is connected to the inverted output ON of the cell 30, and inverted inputs AN of cells 30 and 31 are connected to the non-inverted output OP of the cell 31. Thus, cells 30 and 31 including two input stages use inputs AP, AN, BP, and BN to respective input stages which have not the same phase.
