Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an N-acylsulfenamide compound having physiological activities and a method for manufacturing the same.
SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the N-acylsulfenamide compound represented by general formula (1) in comprises reacting a compound of formula (2) with an acid anhydride of formula (3). In the general formula, R1 is a 1-8C alkyl group, a 3-8C cycloalkyl group, a 1-8C alkoxyl group, a 2-8C alkoxycarbonyl group, a halogen atom or a nitro group, and when a plurality of R1 exist, each R1 may be the same or different; n is an integer of 0-4; and R2 is a 1-12C perfluoroalkyl group.
