To obtain the subject new compound useful as a medicine composition for treating pollakiuria and urinary incontinentia, having strongly inhibitory action on micturition reflex.
This compound is shown by formula I (R1 and R2 are each a halogen, a 1-5C alkyl, etc.; R3 is H, a halogen, a 1-5C alkyl, etc.; R4 is H, a 1-5C alkyl, etc.; R5 is a 3-8C cycloalkyl; (p) is 2-6) such as 1,2,3,4- tetraphydro-6,7-dimethyl-1-oxo-2-naphthaleneacetic acid.
