A V-shape groove 14 is formed from the hole 13 to an external edge facilitating splitting of the tab when a nail is hammered in. An upper tab 12U and the lower tab 12L are folded at right angle, and a nail is inserted into a hole 15 and the hole 13 of the upper and the lower tabs to form nails connected by a sheet. Since the hole 13 of the lower tab 12L does not have an opening communicating to the side face, if the tip of the nail comes in contact with a surrounding object during transporting, the nail will not come off from the lower tab 12L.
