To provide a nail print apparatus and a print controlling method by which a user can simply enjoy nail print by reducing the load of the user without sticking a printing agent such as ink directly on the fingers and nails of the user.

Specified design images (D1 to D5) and contour lines (R1 to R5) of nail images are synthesized every kinds of a plurality of photographed fingers and the synthesized nail images (G1 to G5) are printed on a nail tip sheet (7) having an adhesive layer. After printing, the nail tip sheet (7) is cut automatically by a cutter or manually by scissors along the counter lines (R1 to R5) of the nail parts printed of the nail tip sheet (7), and thereby the nail tips with contour shapes corresponding to the contour shapes of each of nail parts different from each other are made.
