To provide a nail removal auxiliary tool of a simple structure for removing a gel nail or the like without requiring much labor.
The nail removal auxiliary tool 100 has a body 3 comprising an upper side piece 1 and a lower side piece 2 forming a space into which the finger can be inserted in a closed state. The upper side piece 1 and the lower side piece 2 are openably/closably connected by a connection part 6, making the finger tip side as the pivot point, and have a structure having sections where a material soaked with a removal liquid is located on the upper side piece 1. While putting a cotton soaked with the removal liquid on the finger nail to which the gel nail is applied, the upper side piece 1 and the lower side piece 2 are opened by pinching open levers 10, 11 of the body 3, the finger is put on the cushion material 5 of the lower side piece 2, and then the upper side piece 1 is closed by releasing the open levers 10, 11. By this, the finger is sandwiched by the upper side piece 1 and the lower side piece 2, the position of the cotton soaked with the removal liquid is fixed by the uneven face of the cushion material 4 of the upper side piece 1, and the cotton is pressed against the gel nail or the like on the finger tip.
