PURPOSE: To raise the adjusting accuracy of height as well as make the adjustment of height easier.
CONSTITUTION: A bolt 3 is erected on a base plate 2 to form a base plate 4, and the base plate 4 is attached with a support panel 6 by the bolt 3 with a nut 5 provided by crossing it with the bolt 3. A panel receiver 8 to support floor panels is placed on the upside of the support panel 6, and the receiver 8 and the panel 6 are mutually rotatably connected by a loose fitter 9 provided to the receiver 8. A positioner 10 to support floor panels while positioning is provided on the upside of the receiver 8. Also, the outside size of the receiver 8 may be made smaller than that of the support panel 6, and a rotary operating means projected from the end of the receiver 8 may be provided to the end of the support panel 6.
