Abstract:

PURPOSE: To raise sound-absorbing and sound shielding effects and enhance decorativeness of sound-absorbing and sound-shielding panels by a method in which a sound absorber panel is molded integrally with a concrete supporter for the sound absorber panel and a concrete plate.

CONSTITUTION: A sound absorber panel t1 is made up of any one of porous ceramic material and a porous metal material or by combining two or more of these. A concrete supporter tag and a concrete plate t3 are each made up by casting concrete into a latticed plastic formwork and by hardening it integrally. The panel t1 is formed integrally with the supporter t3 and the concrete plate t3.
