Abstract:
PURPOSE: To massively obtain grafted seedlings in a short time by grafting scions to the stems of seedlings, respectively, in a tray in the collected state, carrying the grafted seedlings set in the tray as such into a rooting-accelerating device and subsequently taking care of the grafted seedlings.
CONSTITUTION: Cutting stocks 1 are grown by sowing seeds, transplanting small seedlings or cutting the green branches of woody plants in a tray 3. The stems of the cutting stocks 1 are cut with a sharp cutter in the state collected in the tray without dividing into the individual stocks. Scions otherwise grown and cut are grafted to the cutting stocks, carried in the state held with a holders 4 into a rooting-accelerating device controlled in temperatures, humidity, illuminance, etc., and subsequently taken care.
