PURPOSE: To enhance the working efficiency by simultaneously drilling a band- like resin sheet which are intermittently conveyed, and by punching the same in an outer shape so as to obtain spacers which are returned into thus punched hole in the resin sheet by means of a push-back device, so that the spacers can be fed in a hold condition.

CONSTITUTION: A feed unit 3 intermittently conveys a resin sheet 1 at predetermined intervals. Upon stopping of the conveyance, when a movable bed 36 for a die set 32 is lowered, an outside shape punch 39 is relatively projected upward from a stripper 37, and accordingly, the outside shape punch 39 and a drilling punch 45 are meshed with an outside die 46 and a drilling die 38, respectively so as to punch out the resin sheet in order to obtain spacers 17. After punching the movable bed 36 is raised by a spring 34a while the push-back device 48 presses a pressing member 48b by the use of a spring 48a, and accordingly, the spacers 17 are then returned into punched-out holes in the sheet 29. After the operation of the feed unit 31, the spacers 17 are delivered into a spacer feed part 22 by means of push-up pins 41.
