Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a power supply unit to be cooled by air sucked through a front opening and a side opening so as to install rack devices in tandem making their rear sides bear against each other (back to back).
CONSTITUTION: Suction holes 3 and 8 are provided to the front 9a and the side 9b of a case 9 of a rack device 1, where cooling down air sucked through the suction holes 3 and 8 is used to cool a power supply unit, so that the rack devices 1 can be installed in tandem making their rear sides bear against each other (back to back).
