In the state of placing the concrete blocks 1, 2 to be laid in the vicinity of the joint ends of already laid concrete blocks 1', 2', the opened joint end sides 1b, 2b of the concrete blocks 1, 2 to be laid are pressed by the bars 8 thrusted on the foundation concrete 5 through the slits 71. The concrete blocks 1, 2 to be laid are thereby moved in the laid concrete blocks 1', 2' and aligned.
