PURPOSE: To move a snow-melting car as oreusion demands to a snow-melting site, and to enable the snow-melting treatment of a large amount of snow efficiently.

CONSTITUTION: The upper part of a snow-melting tank 3 is used for a snow- throwing port 4, a combustion room 7 having a burner 6 is provided in the vicinity of the bottom in the snow-melting tank 3, a gas conduit pipe 8 having one end opened to the combustion room 7 is placed in the snow-melting tank 3 in a zigzag line, at the same time, a secondary combustion room 11 having a burner 10 therein is connected to the inside of the zigzag line, and it is connected to a hot air outlet pipe 9. A water pipe 13 is placed to the inside of the combustion room 3 in a zigzag line, and hot water is sucked with a pump 15 and is injected from a hot water outlet pipe 14. Rotary wing mechanisms 16 are arranged to proper positions in the snow-melting tank 3 so as to stir the inside of the snow-melting tank 3, a drainage treatment section 20 having a filtration function and a weep hole 21 are provided and, at the same time, a partition plate 19 is so placed that waves are not generated in the snow- melting tank 3.
