PURPOSE: To improve the reality of a video image frame and to improve the completeness of video reproduction, which is generated from the computer data base expression of a scene to be an object, by electronically arranging sample points along the width of the frame in accordance with a spatial distribution in which Fourier transformation is continuous in a certain range.
CONSTITUTION: The places of the sample points in pixels are decided by dividing the pixels in areas which are equal to the number of the sample points, four in this case and which are not overlapped. The respective sample points are limited to such areas and the sample points are prevented from spreading. Numbers 41, 43, 45 and 47 are given to the four areas of the pixels. The areas are shown by rectangles but they can be made into other forms. The sample sample patterns are used for all pixels in the given frame. It is desirable to eliminated all the periodicity of the sample pattern by containing that the two adjacent pixels do not have the same sample pattern.
