PURPOSE: To eliminate the limitation on a bulk cargo setting plan in a yard and to improve the operating efficiency by providing a rotary coupler at the intermediate position of a signal transmitting circuit combining between a control device set on a rotary part and a control device set on a running mechanism body.
CONSTITUTION: A mercury type rotary coupler 15 is installed at the upper part of the center post slip ring 33 of a running mechanism body. A cover 31 of the slip ring 33 and a case 32 loaded on the slip ring 33 belong to the rotary member of a reclaimer, and a center port fixed shaft 34 of the running mechanism body holds an auxiliary frame 36 continued to the cover 31 and the case 32 through a bearing 35 in the lateral direction. The inner tube part of the rotary coupler 15 is connected to the upper part of the fixed shaft 34 through a common shaft, while the outer tube part is fixed to the rotation stopper 38 on the case 32 by using a lever 37. A signal cable 401 at the rotary body side is drawn out from the outer terminal of the rotary coupler 15, and a lead line drawn out from a mercury reservoir of the inner tube part to the inner cavity of the fixed shaft 34 is connected with a cable 402 at the running machine side in a terminal board 39.
