PURPOSE: To obtain the light-shielding pattern excellent in adhesion to a substrate, weatherability of the coating film and light shielding property by forming the pattern with a specified grain group of the substance having a layer lattice structure.
CONSTITUTION: A light-shielding pattern layer 2 formed on a transparent substrate 1 consists of a grain group of the substance having a layer lattice structure. The diameter of the light-shielding grain is controlled to ≤3μm, the content of the grains having ≤0.1μm diameter to 40-95wt.%, the average grain diameter to 0.05-0.08μm and the aspect ratio to ≤1:10. The coating material for forming the light-shielding pattern is obtained by dispersing the light-shielding colloidal grains in water contg. a dispersant, and the light-shielding grain is the same as the grain in the layer 2. Graphite, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide, boron nitride, graphite fluoride, selenium sulfide, mica, talc, enstatite, etc., are exemplified as the substances having a layer lattice structure, one kind or a combination of ≥2 kinds of the substances is used, and the substance can be combined with pigment or dye.
