PURPOSE: To perform a series of processes for a container under a germfree condition, and prevent germs, and dust, etc., from entering from the outside by a method wherein an entrance and an exist for containers are made to be a small space through which the containers can pass, and the pressure of a sterilization area and a filling/fusion-sealing area is made at a positive pressure which is higher than the external air, and the atmosphere at the entrance and exist for containers are made at a negative pressure which is lower than the external air.
CONSTITUTION: An entrance 2 for containers, which leads to a sterilization area 3, and an exist 5 for sealed contaienrs, which leads to a filling/sealing area 4 are made to be a small space through which the container can pass. When the pressure of the sterilization area 3 and the filling/sealing area 4 is taken as P1, and the pressure of the atmosphere at the container entrance 2 and sealed container exist 5 is taken as P2, and the pressure of the external air is taken as P0, the relationship for P1, P2 and P0 shall be P1>P0>P2. Therefore, the pressure for a passage 6 for the entrance and exist is lowered to a pressure which is lower than the sterilization area 3, filling/sealing area 4 and the external air, and is placed under condition in which the passage 6 draws in the air in the sterilization area 3 and the filling/sealing area 4 and the external air. Therefore, ozone gas and the external air flows in the direction to the passage 6 for the entrance and exist, and the external air is prevented from entering the sterilization area 3 and the filling/sealing area 4, and ozone gas is prevented from being dispersed to the outside.
