Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the food temperature with high reliability particularly without influence of noise in a cooking apparatus for automatically cooking by measuring the food temperature.
SOLUTION: The cooking apparatus comprises a chopper 5 for intermittently connecting an IR ray path to an IR detector 6 for detecting the IR ray emitted from a material 2 to be heated, an A-D converter 11 for converting the analog value of an amplifier 10 for amplifying the output of the detector 6 to a digital value, an integrating calculator 13 for integrating to calculate the digital value according to the ray input period and shut-off period of the chopper 5, and a temperature converter 14 for calculating the temperature detected value of the material 2 to be detected based on the calculated result of the calculator 13, wherein the noise component can be removed and the temperature can be detected with the high reliability.
