Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce an irregularity of an output level of a voltage drop circuit when voltage drop circuits for an internal power source are installed at a plurality of places in a semiconductor memory, etc.
CONSTITUTION: An MOS array 30 which outputs a common reference voltage is connected to gate side nodes N1 of control NMOSes 22, 23. By jointly using the node N1 and gate side nodes of the NMOSes 22, 23 internal power sources V1,V2 of low irregularity are obtained.
