Abstract:
PURPOSE: To achieve shortening of laying time of the title polyethylene tube by enabling it to be inserted in an existing tube without softening by heating and besides to enable lining to be applicated, in a closely adhesive state, even to an existing tube having a bend without trouble since a wall thickness after application can be kept uniform both axially and peripherally.
CONSTITUTION: A resin tube for lining is composed of a resin condition in which 100 pts.wt. of linear polyethylene resin of 0.90-0.91 of specific gravity and 20 to 100 pts.wt. of linear polyethylene of 0.91-0.93 of specific gravity are mixed.
