PURPOSE: To provide a rotary refuse incinerator in which refuse in a rotary furnace is smoothly fed toward the incinerator, raw refuse, etc., is rapidly dried to effectively incinerate without burning residue and to remarkably shorten an incinerating time.

CONSTITUTION: A bottomed cylindrical rotary furnace (a) is so horizontally supported as to be rotatably driven in a circumferential direction. A refuse charging inlet (c) is opened at an end a1 on the closed end side, and an end a2 on the opening side is rotatably inserted into an opening d1 of an incinerator (d). An inner periphery a' of the furnace (a) is formed in an uneven shape, and air diffusers 13a are suitably provided at a plurality of positions of the surface a'. Refuse to be supplied from the inlet (c) is sequentially fed toward the incinerator (d) by rotary drive of the furnace (a), agitating.mixing of the uneven shape, and various operations of drying of raw refuse due to supply of the air, improving of a combustion efficiency to be efficiently incinerated.
