PURPOSE: To provide a honeycomb panel which is excellent in productivity, simple in various bending and capable of preventing reduction in rigidity and strength by providing a protruding part, which is joined with the plate material on the convexed side of curved surface, at least in one of the abutting parts facing each other between honeycomb cores.
CONSTITUTION: The honeycomb panel 1 is a curved surface honeycomb panel made of aluminum alloy, gently curved in one direction, and joined by brazing, on both sides of the honeycomb core 2 (in the hight direction), with panels 3, 4 having curved surfaces. This honeycomb core 2 is an assembly with plural core materials 2a arrayed in the direction of an arrow D, and the protruding part 7 are provided oppositely in the abutting part 5 of each core material 2a.
