Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the dust removing device which well seals sluice pipe plates and a boiler body under an elongation difference and pressure difference by a temp. difference.
CONSTITUTION: A dusty gas inlet 2 is formed in the upper part of the perpendicularly arranged boiler body 1 and a dust outlet is formed in the lower part thereof. The boiler body has internally a filter section 5 arranged with filter elements 8 along the flow direction of the dusty gases. The dusty gases are filtered by these filter elements 8 and are discharged as clean gases from a main pipe 10. The filter elements 8 are mounted at their top and bottom on the sluice pipe plates 6, 7 of the upper and lower parts. The sluice pipe plates 6, 7 of the upper and lower parts are supported on support fittings mounted on the boiler body 1. The boiler body 1 and the sluice pipe plates are sealed by mounting and disposing a seal cone interposed with an expansion joint on the boiler body 1 side and the sluice pipe plate side. As a result, the dusty gases and the filtered gases are isolated from each other.
