Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce negative pre-composite bending moment by pivoting removably the central part of a beam member on a lower chord of a truss structural body to which a cable is connected in a stretched manner and installing a jack and a spacer to both ends of the beam member respectively.
CONSTITUTION: When a truss structural body 1 of one section is assembled and a cable 6 is stretched on both sides of the central part of the structural body, a negative pre-composite tension moment is produced at a node point of an upper chord of the structural body 1. A mounting deviation piece 10 of a beam member 8 is pivoted on a lower chord material 3 set by way of a vertical material 4 while a jack 11 and a spacer 12, which are installed to the end of the member 8, are interposed between the bottom of the lower chord material 3 and the top of the member 8. When the bottom of the lower chord material 3 is lifted by the action of the jack 11 and the force of P is exerted by the jack 11 and the spacer 12, a pin-bonded part of the member 8, or more specifically, two reactions of P act on an upper chord material node point of the structural body at the site where the cable 6 is connected, thereby reducing a pre-composite bending moment at the upper chord material node point of the structural body.
