PURPOSE: To automatically prepare a picture copy without being aware of a picture hard copy by a user by interactively executing plural softwares on a computer system in an order desired by the user.

CONSTITUTION: A software execution control data input part 2 prepares software execution control data 6 by inputting the titles of the softwares whose execution is desired by the user, the title of data required for the softwares, the order of the execution, the priority degree of the execution and the time of the execution, etc., by the user. A software execution display part 3 executes the software to be displayed based on the software execution control data 6 prepared in the software execution control data input part 2 corresponding to instruction information from the user received in a user interface part 1. Also, the display of the software is changed from normal display to icon display or from the icon display to the normal display. Further, after the execution of the software, a picture copy display software is additionally registered in the software execution control data 6.
