Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor pin rich in durable strength and a mass producing effect made of one piece of metal sheet material.
SOLUTION: An outflow hole 22 for an adhesive and an expanding slot 15 to open its head end part are cut out on a longitudinal central line Y-Y of a metal sheet material which is nearly rectangular in an expanded state, a pair of symmetrical recessed cutouts 23a to be another outflow hole 23 for the adhesive is added at the time of winding and solidifying both longer sides of the sheet material as closed lines 16, and another pair of outflow holes 20, 21 for the adhesive and dowels 18, 19 for falling stop of a plug 10 are projected at symmetrical positions sandwiching the central line of the sheet material. Thereafter, an irregular wire 17 for chamfering to a concrete building frame is formed in a waveform to cross with the expanding slot on a head end part of the sheet material in the longitudinal direction, a base end part in the longitudinal direction on the sheet material is bent out at a cross-over angle θ roughly rectangular in the opposite direction of the dowels as a presser flange 12 for floating prevention of an external wall as well as for contraflow prevention of the adhesive, and the sheet material in an expanded state is formed in a roughly cylindrical shape by winding and solidifying it around its central line.
