PURPOSE: To miniaturize an electronic apparatus, device and ensure insulation distance between an electronic and a cabinet, by arranging a porcelain insulator containing a power supply transformer, in the manner in which the input terminal of the transformer is arranged in the vicinity of lower side cabinet, and the output terminal is arranged on the upper side.

CONSTITUTION: An electronic device 1 is mounted and fixed on a porcelain insulator 5 containing a power supply transformer 2. An electronic apparatus is built up by connecting the electronic with the output terminals 4 of the transformer 2 by using wires 6. Thereby the space for installing the electronic device can be reduced, and insulation distance between the electronic device and the cabinet can be sufficiently ensured.
