PURPOSE: To ensure required spaces at applicable locations, and make the maintenance for the lower parts of partitioning boards easier by a method wherein after removing tablet cases which are stored in large cells which are formed by a first partitioning board in a medicine storage part, a second partitioning board which forms small cells is removed.

CONSTITUTION: For a medicine packaging machine, a medicine storage part 2 and a packaging machine part 3 are arranged on the top and bottom of a casing 4. Also, in the medicine storage part 2, a grille-shaped partitioning board 5 is arranged, and a plurality of cells are formed. In addition, a plurality of tablet cases 6 which are formed to be vertically thin are stored in respective cells. From selected tablet cases 6, specified numbers of tablets are taken out, and introduced in packaging bags by an introducing mechanism 7 which is arranged in the packaging machine part 3. In this case, a partitioning board 5 is constituted of first partitioning boards A-F, which form large cells, and second partitioning boards G, H to form small cells, which are detachably attached to the first partitioning boards A-F. Then, respective tablet cases 6 are stored in the small cells.
