Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a wire drawing die which is attracted magnetically to steel material and a steel plate spread floor surface composing a wire drawing machine and can smoothly pass metallic wire material.
CONSTITUTION: After iron-chromium-cobalt series magnetic alloy base material being a metallic magnetic material is changed by solution heat-treatment into material easy to work, it is machined to a prescribed dimension to make a case member 3. Then, a core member 1 of diamond is fixed by a sintered mount member 2 to this case member 3 to manufacture a die 6. Then, the case member 3 is magnetized by a magnetizing device.
