PURPOSE: To convey workpieces such as parts after machining smoothly by line type charging and effectively separate-remove fat and oil stuck to the workpieces.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical supporting shaft 6 is supported rotatably around an inclined axis, and a spiral carrier 9 is provided in the integrally rotatable state at the outer periphery of the supporting shaft 6. A cylindrical separating cage 10 formed of wire gauze is fitted to the outer periphery of the carrier 9 by insertion, and a reinforcing cylinder body 40 is fitted to the outer periphery of the separating cage 10 by insertion. A workpiece carry-in port 8 is provided at the upper end part of the supporting shaft 6, and a workpiece supply port 16 is provided at the lower part of the supporting shaft 6. A motor 18 for rotating the supporting shaft 6, separating cage 10 and reinforcing cylinder body 40 is provided and operated being switched between the high speed rotating state and the low speed rotating state by a control device 25. Oil content stuck to the workpiece is separated efficiently by the separating cage 10 and scattered outward through the reinforcing cylinder body 40.
