Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accurately fit a bracket to a frame by closely adhering the bracket to a recessed section formed in the frame after the bracket is positioned by butting the projection of the bracket with the extended section of the recessed section extended on the outside diameter side of the recessed section.
CONSTITUTION: An insulating layer 2 is formed on the outer periphery of an iron core 1 and a winding 3 is wound around the core 1 on the surface of the layer 2. The core 1 is covered with a frame 4, the outer periphery of which is made of a premix, and a circular recessed section 6 is formed concentrically with the core 1 on the end face of the frame 4 in the axial direction. Extended sections 15, the bottom surfaces of which are formed nearly continuously to the bottom surface of the section 6, are formed on the outside diameter side of the section 6 and crater-like tapered sections 13 are formed in the openings of the sections 15. In addition, a bracket 7 provided with projecting sections 14 which are put in the extended sections 15 is put in the recessed section 6 and the outside diameter side of the sections 14 are butted with the outside diameter-side inner peripheries of the sections 15. Therefore, the bracket 7 can be fixed to the frame 7, with the bracket 7 being accurately aligned with the frame 4.
