PURPOSE: To prevent the liquid transmitted along the outer surface of a tube from flowing in a finger arranged space by arranging first and second clamp members grasping the tube in conjunction with each other so as to separate them in a vertical direction in order to grasp the tube in a horizontal state.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of clamp members 104, 106 separated in a vertical direction in order to grasp a tube 22 almost horizontally are provided to the upper lateral part of a panel 20. When the tube 22 is almost horizontally grasped in the vertical direction by the clamp members 104, 106, the liquid transmitted along the outer surface of the tube 22 gathers to the rear surface of the tube 22 under its own wt. before it reaches the clamp members 104, 106. When the liquid reaches the clamp members 104, 106, the liquid comes into contact with the clamp member 104 arranged on the under side to transfer to the clamp member 104 under its own wt. to be removed. By this constitution, the liquid transferred along the tube can be prevented from flowing in a finger arranged space.
