Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the track type forward identification unit which is applicable even to a plant where the upper limit (n) of the number of characters of the denominator of the transfer function of the plant or a transfer function showing a linear part, the upper limit (m) of the number of the numerator, and an idle time (d) are unknown.

CONSTITUTION: This identification unit is equipped with the neural network 20 and a weight adjusting means 21 which sets a predetermined sampling period ρas an input to this neural network 20 and uses the input to the plane 10 in this sampling section, and decreases the weight between respective neurons of the neural network 20 at intervals of sampling by using an output error as the difference between the output in the sampling section of the plant 10 and the output in the sampling section of the neural network 20 so that the output error decreases.
