Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily set character clasifications or character modes by processing input characters in the character mode stored as fixed relations unless a character mode is especially temporarily designated correspondingly to a character classification when this character classification is designated. CONSTITUTION:If a user designates a character classification or suggests the use of fixed relations after the processing in a temporary character mode, a character string is processed in accordance with fixed relations already stored (registered) for this character classification. If the user temporarily designates a different character mode, this mode is stored as temporary relations, and the character string is processed based on them. The user can change fixed relations or add new relations to them; and in this case, designated fixed relations are set as temporary relations, and the character string is processed based on them.
