CONSTITUTION: An electrode holding member 4 where a gap (t) with a movable arm is arranged adjustably is held by adjusting nut 3 on the tip of the movable arm 1 and a spring 11 is arranged between the tip of the movable arm and the electrode holding member. A touch sensor 13 of the electrode 5 is arranged on the electrode holding member and the movable arm is controlled.
