PURPOSE: To provide an animation picture reproduction device in which a frame switching time is revised freely while keeping a ratio of a switching time for each frame set at animation generation at reproduction.

CONSTITUTION: The animation picture reproducing device reproducing an animation picture by changeover of one by one picture frame is characterized in that it is provided with a reproduction time setting section 1 receiving a switching time at the reproduction of the frame, an arithmetic operation control section 2 calculating a switching time at the reproduction of each frame based on a switching time of each frame set at frame generation and a switching time received newly at the input from the reproduction time setting section 1, and display means 5,6 displaying an animation picture in response to the output from the arithmetic operation control section 2.
