PURPOSE: To simplify terminal treatment work and reduce the number of parts by using an earth wire as one of core wires, crimping a crimped part at one end of connection metal fitting to an exposed net, and pressure contacting the pressure contacted part at the other end to the earth wire.

CONSTITUTION: An outer cover 33 of a shielded wire 1 is peeled at a proper length to expose a net 32. An inner electric wire for signals 31 of two inner electric wires 31A, 31B is bent at 90 degrees to separate the two electric wires 31A, 31B and terminals 10 are respectively crimped to the terminals of the wires 31A, 31B. A net 32 exposed is inserted into a first crimping part 42 of a connection metal fitting 40, and the wire 31A is pressure inserted into a pressure contact groove 46 of a pressure contact part 45, and under the conditions a crimped part 42 is crimped to the outer circumference of the net 32. Then, second crimped parts 43, 44 are crimped to the outer circumference of the wire 31A at both sides of the pressure contact part 45. The pressure contact part 45 is communicated with the inner conductor 35 of the electric wire 31A and the wire 31A and the net 32 are communicated with each other.
