PURPOSE: To simplify the device and to stabilize the sheet conveying operation, by rotating a sucker to attract a single sheet, and conveying the sheet by converting the advancing direction of the sheet up to the main scanning position.

CONSTITUTION: At the right and the upper side of a supply magazine 51 housing laminated sheets S, a sucker 52 connected to an air pump is provided rotatable around a shaft 54 as the center, and movable up and down. And at the outer side of the rotating track of the sucker 52, a guide plate 77 is provided, and an auxiliary scanning drum 61 is provided in front of the guide plate 77 through a conveying roller 55 and a holder plate 56, so as to carry out an auxiliary scanning. One sheet of the sheets S is attracted by lowering the sucker 52 at first, and the sucker 52 is raised again to rotate almost 180°, so as to be held between the sheets S and the conveying roller couple 55, and the sheets S are conveyed in the direction of the auxiliary scanning drum 61.
