PURPOSE: To provide dimensional stability and adhesion equal to or higher than the panel, compared with an architectural panel obtained by filling hard polyurethane foam, foaming agent of which is a FHC.
CONSTITUTION: The surface material is made of metallic thin plate, provided with male/female connecting parts on both side edges in the lengthwise direction of the surface material, and the surface material is formed so as to have a gutter section. In hard polyurethane foam manufactured from the raw material containing organic polyisocyanate, foaming agent, catalyst, foam regulating agent, and fine powder, the foaming agent is substantially water, the grain size of the fine powder is 0.02-0.4 micron. The hard polyurethane foam which is fine powder forming an aggregate is filled as core material into at least the gutter-like part of the surface material. The back face of the core material is coated with a back paper sheet.
